7. Booking and Payment
Payment is required before services are provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Any payment plans offered represent a commitment to the full investment of the purchased program or service.
Specific policies for certain services may be described in separate client agreements where applicable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your 1:1 Session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable.
8. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Private 1:1 Sessions are non-refundable after the session has taken place.
- The Awakening Journey is non-refundable once the program has begun.
- Digital products, downloadable resources, and recorded content are non-refundable due to their immediate delivery.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this Site to:
- violate any law
- interfere with the security or operation of the Site
- attempt unauthorized access to systems
- transmit malicious software
- harass or abuse others
- infringe upon intellectual property rights
